Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days of placing the order.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the product will be delivered within 2-6 days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • To cancel an order, contact us at goodsbazaar.help@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Refunds for canceled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are only applicable for damaged or defective products.
  • To request a return, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.
  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting goodsbazaar.help@gmail.com.
  • Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • No return/replacement is available for wrong orders placed by customers.
